At OnlineTax we charge a fixed price for the preparation and lodgement of all tax
returns depending on the type of service chosen.

More Complex Tax Returns
If you have capital gains or losses, share or managed fund investments , we will charge an additional fee for the extra work involved in preparing your tax return. But so that there are no surprises, we will always provide you with a personalised fixed price quote before we get started.And to make it easy for you to pay our account, we offer a number of convenient options. You can either pay us with your Visa or MasterCard details online or PayPal.
Returns/Fee Refund Policy
In the event we have made some sort of error we will refund your fee without question. You will need to provide us with your payment details so we can make this happen.
Payment methods at time of appointment:

- Prepaid on our website
- We are no longer invoicing or providing credit
- Your Refund goes direct to you nominated bank account
